Pocket Press proudly ships worldwide.

Please note that some countries may have import restrictions or customs requirements that are beyond our control.

If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

During periods of high demand, product launches or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Typical delivery estimates are:

Australia: 5–12 business days
New Zealand: 7–15 business days
United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 7–20 business days
Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

These delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

4. Free Shipping

Pocket Press is pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders worldwide.

There is no minimum purchase required to qualify for free shipping.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and will be estimated during checkout. While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Pocket Press reserves the right to change or discontinue its free shipping offer in the future. Any changes will apply only to orders placed after the updated policy is published.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other government charges.

These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Pocket Press has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

7. Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders promptly, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

High shipping volumes

Other unforeseen events

Pocket Press is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is supplied, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the shipping details.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Pocket Press is not responsible for parcels delivered to an address supplied incorrectly by the customer.

9. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at:

Where tracking confirms successful delivery, refunds or replacements may not be available unless required under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, please provide:

A description of the damage
Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

A replacement
A refund
Another appropriate resolution

11. Multiple Shipments

Where an order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped separately depending on stock availability or warehouse location.

If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking details where available.
