Refund & Returns Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date your order is delivered.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product should be returned in good condition.
Where possible, the item should be returned with its original packaging and accessories.
Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

3. How to Request a Return

We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Please do not send your item back before contacting us, as this may delay the processing of your return.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

5. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem

Where appropriate, we may offer:

A replacement product
A full refund
A partial refund
Another suitable resolution

6. Change of Mind Returns

We accept eligible change-of-mind returns within our 30-day return period.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item is faulty;
The item is damaged upon arrival;
We sent the incorrect product; or
Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns where:

The product has been intentionally damaged.
The product has been misused.
The product has been modified or repaired by someone other than Pocket Press.
The return request falls outside the 30-day return period.
The item is returned in an unsanitary condition that prevents safe inspection.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Return Shipping

Unless otherwise required by law or approved by Pocket Press, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels.

Pocket Press is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
